Trade-In FAQ
1. What items do you accept for trade-in?
We currently accept:
Retro video game cartridges and discs (NES, SNES, N64, GameCube, PS1, PS2, Xbox, etc.)
Consoles and handhelds (Game Boy, Sega Genesis, etc.)
Original controllers and accessories in working condition
If you're unsure, feel free to email us a photo or list before sending!
2. How do I trade in my items?
Submit a Trade-In Request using our online form.
We’ll send you a message with 1-2 days.
You'll meet with a member of our team in-person or virtually to analyze your items.
Once your items are inspected, you’ll get paid or credited.

3. What condition do my items need to be in?
We accept:
Working games and consoles
Original labels intact
Minimal damage or wear
Items with heavy damage or missing components may be rejected or receive a reduced quote. Counterfeit items are not accepted under any circumstances for cash or credit.
4. How is the trade-in value calculated?
Trade-in values are based on:
Current market demand
Item condition
Completeness (original box, manual, etc.)
We aim to offer fair, transparent pricing that reflects current collector trends.
5. What do I get in return?
You can choose between:
Store credit (with a bonus percentage)
Payout via cash or Zelle
6. How long does the process take?
From the time we receive your items, processing takes 2–5 business days while we play test and evaluate your items. You’ll be notified as soon as your trade-in is evaluated.
7. What if I decline the final offer?
If the item condition doesn’t match the original description, we’ll send you a revised offer.
If you decline, we’ll bring your items back to you at no cost.
8. Do you offer bulk or store buyouts?
Yes! If you have a large collection, email us directly at for a custom quote or to arrange a bulk buy.
